Purpose¶
Defines how long COOWN data is retained, where it is stored, when it is archived or deleted, and who is responsible.
Guiding principle: Retain what is useful, archive what may be needed later, delete what has no further value.
Scope¶
In scope: Tech-Pub repository, Dev-Ops repository, agent memory, local workspace files
Out of scope: Production application databases, customer PII, third-party SaaS data
