Purpose¶
Defines the user access levels within the COOWN platform, from guest to functionary.
Access Level Definitions¶
Level 0 ☆ (Guest)¶
- Access: Visit public areas of the platform without registration.
Level 1 ★☆☆☆☆ (Email Registered)¶
- Action: Sign up using your email address.
- Access: Explore demo groups to familiarize yourself with the platform.
Level 2 ★★☆☆☆ (Group Member)¶
- Action: Accept invitations to join groups.
- Access: Participate in group chats. Engage in certain votes (e.g., approving a new executive, setting spending limits).
Level 3 ★★★☆☆ (Verified Account Holder)¶
- Action: Complete the KYC process to verify your identity. Associate your account with a Regional Operator. Connect to your Internet Computer Identity (IC ID).
- Access: Enable wallet functionality. Receive a personal account and one free group. Access features of the subscription-free Community Edition.
Level 4 ★★★★☆ (Enterprise Customer)¶
- Action: Upgrade to the commercial, subscription-based Enterprise Edition.
- Access: Gain additional enterprise features and dedicated support.
Level 5 ★★★★★ (Functionary)¶
- Role: Become a member of functionary groups within COOWN's organization.
- Access: Manage group funds derived from Standard Transaction Rules (STRs).
